蓄热式焚烧炉

蓄热式焚烧炉(RTO)由几个陶瓷室或陶瓷床以及燃烧室组成。充满挥发性有机化合物和有害空气污染物的工业排放气体通过进气支管到达节气阀门,然后被导入其中一个陶瓷床。

工业排放气体逐步被陶瓷床加热然后进入燃烧室,在燃烧室中被氧化生成洁净的气体同时生成大量热能随气流排出燃烧室,提升阀或蝶阀把气流导向陶瓷床从而最大限度的在焚烧炉内进行余热回收。

焚烧炉内部热能回收减少了燃料消耗并节省了运营成本-在有机化合物浓度低的时候,焚烧炉可以达到热能自给自足无需辅助燃料。
