浓缩转轮

从高流量,低浓度的排放气体中吸收挥发性有机化合物,然后形成低流量高浓度的气体,再进行氧化。

高流量排放气体通过浓缩转轮时,挥发性有机化合物被吸收,气体被净化后排放到大气中。浓缩转轮不断吸收挥发性有机化合物并释放到一个特定区域,并在这里形成一个低流量热气流,最终这股低流量高浓度的气流被导入焚烧炉进行氧化。焚烧炉的运行成本可通过这个浓缩过程大幅降低。

浓缩转轮/焚烧炉是处理高流量低VOC浓度排放气体最经济有效的方法,设备前期投资相对较低,而且大幅节省运营成本。
